As President of Tchen and Associates, I understand the internal and external requirements of a Biotech/Life Science and Clinical Diagnostics manufacturing organization.  I have been in sales and marketing management positions for 16 successful corporate years for Sanofi Diagnostics Pasteur(now Biorad and Beckman Instruments), Chiron Diagnostics Corporation(now Bayer) and BioMerieux Vitek.  I had the opportunity to work as a sales executive, product manager, sales manager and market development manager.
